You may have heard that the 2009 White Air Festival is on the move and has been relocated in Brighton that is host to one of Europe’s Biggest Extreme Sports and music festival.
The festival is set to take place on the weekend commencing on Friday 18th September across to the 20th of September 2009.
The plan for this year is to give fans more pumping adrenaline rushes, even more great extreme sports, more competitions, more displays, more music, and having it in located on Brighton beach makes it more accessible.
Just a short walk east along the seafront from the famous pier will take you to the new home of white air on the beach at Brighton. The white air crew will be there in force, doing their stuff to ensure that white Air Brighton is Europe’s premier Extreme Sports Festival with an amazing live stage and fringe music scenes to entertain.
This years festival will have something for everyone, the ultimate extreme sports village will have the biggest ever free sports ramps, for skates, boarders and bikers and all the urban sports. Plans are a foot to host Europes top skate vert competition, and parachute displays by the Red arrows and the falcons teams have been booked. Thereill be nearly 40 “have a go” sports for everyone to try and world, European and British competitions on the water, on land and in the air. New sports such as Streetboard, Slackline, yo-yoing, triation, Aquathlon, Beach Volleyball and world high Driving will also be on the cue. Anyone for a powerfan jump on the beach????
